Coordination with Local Churches and Volunteers

World Relief Atlanta seeks to partner with local churches and community groups to create specialized programs to help refugees in the city and to familiarize the general population with their needs. Examples include outings to introduce refugees to public transportation, training for churches on dealing with immigration issues, and awareness-raising programs in a variety of local communities. Volunteers also help with donations to families such as furniture, clothes, and blankets.
